I offer labor support for families in South Austin, San Marcos,
Bastrop, Lockhart, Luling, Kyle, Buda and surrounding areas.  Please

Labor Support Package Includes:

Initial interview~

Two pre-natal visits to get to know one another and review your
birth plans and ideals.  May also include a pre-natal massage,
watching birth videos, practicing positions etc.

24/7 phone support before and after the birth

Continuous support during labor and birth

One to two hours after the birth to help initiate breastfeeding and
encourage a quiet and calm atmosphere for the baby and new family
to bond.

One post-partum visit to admire the baby, answer breastfeeding
& baby care questions and review the experience.

I believe all women should have the experienced support they feel and
need during this very important time in their lives.   For this reason I offer
my services on a sliding scale basis.  Contact me for fees and possible

DOULA - (doo-lah)
A labor support doula is a
woman who is trained,
experienced and trusting in
the process of labor and
birth.  A doula provides
continuous care for the
woman and her partner with
physical & emotional support
to help smooth the labor
process.  She is also
informed on available
options in care management
and can explain procedures
and alternatives.
